Anant Bhusal is currently a PhD student at Rowan University, NJ, USA at the Department of Mechanical Engineering in Rowan University, New Jersey, USA. He completed his M.Sc. from The University of Memphis, TN, USA in 2018 and his undergraduate degree from Kathmandu University, Nepal in 2011. His research focuses on materials and manufacturing based on three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting, especially bioprinting of hydrogel-based microfluidic platforms for high throughput screening. Mr. Bhusal’s M.Sc. thesis was on 3D printing of thin polymeric tubular structure for vascular application, and his other responsibilities revolved around 3D printing of bone scaffolds. Besides, he is involved in several research projects related to mechanical engineering and its application in the biomedical field.
